1) If states passed the proposed amendments would it violate the supremacy clause?
2)Would an unfunded mandate requiring states to make sure all employers provided health insurance be fair?
3) To pass a law involving health care, Congress will use it enumerated power to regulate interstate commerce. Do you think this is consitutional?
